All orders placed with Royal Cakes are subject to ingredient availability. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil something you have ordered.
Prices
Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
Delivery times
Delivery slots are estimates. Midnight and fixed-time slots depend on local traffic, weather and the delivery person's route, and we cannot guarantee an exact minute of arrival.
Custom orders
Custom cakes are made to your specification. Because they cannot be resold, custom orders are confirmed only after we have agreed the design and price with you.
Our liability
We are responsible for the quality and condition of what we bake. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, an unreachable phone number, or nobody being available to receive the order.
