Cancelling an order
Our products are baked fresh and are perishable, so cancellations must reach us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After baking has started, an order cannot be cancelled.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or in poor condition, tell us on the day of delivery and send us a photograph. We will re-bake the order or refund it in full — your choice.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Online payments are typically returned within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI transfer.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund an order that was delivered correctly and on time, or a custom cake that matches the design you approved.
