Where we deliver
Royal Cakes delivers within its local delivery area. You will see whether we can reach your address when you enter it at checkout.
Delivery slots
You choose a delivery slot at checkout. We aim to arrive within that window; heavy traffic, weather or a festival rush can push it later, and we will call you if that happens.
Packaging
Cakes travel in temperature-safe packaging. In hot weather we recommend refrigerating your cake as soon as it arrives.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is shown on the checkout screen before you pay. Orders above our free-delivery threshold, where one is set, carry no charge.
If we cannot deliver
If nobody is available at the address and we cannot reach you by phone, the delivery person will wait a short while before leaving. A re-delivery may carry an additional charge.
