What we collect
When you order from Royal Cakes, we collect your name, mobile number and delivery address. If you create an account, we also keep a record of the orders you have placed with us.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to bake and deliver the orders you place, and to contact you about those orders. We may send you offers only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share your delivery address and phone number with the delivery person handling your order. We do not sell customer data, and we do not pass phone numbers to telemarketers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Signed-in customers can do all three from the Privacy screen in their account.
